Champagne...just saying it makes us giddy. But how do you decide which one to drink? As one famous rapper once advised, "I used to drink Cristal, them motherf***ers racist; So I switched gold bottles on to that Spade sh**" We at Silverlake Wine don't advocate for either of those gold bottles—instead, we think you should drink liquid gold: J. Lassalle's Cache D'Or. This is what Champagne dreams are made of: smooth, robust, rich, and creamy, with perfect texture. You'll never switch gold bottles again. Learn More

This is straight up, "Doc-G" Prosecco. Now that the rules are tighter due to a lot of Prosecco wannabes trotting out anything with bubbles and calling it the Big P. Sommariva is legit, from the right place Conegliano-Valdobbiadene. Hell, most of the fakers couldn't even tell you where that was, let alone pronounce it right. Also the real name for the grape is not Prosecco, but Glera. And Glera has two original clones: Balby and Cosmo (weren't they temporarily in the 3 Stooges?) Anyway, this uses the Balby clone. Oh yeah, and this tastes good too. Nice and fresh, with fruit flavors but not sweet. So get the real thing, get Sommariva. Learn More

Bugey was first cultivated by the Romans and is now home to Patrick Bottex. It has palm trees, but also snows. Although it is a conundrum of a place, it is a long lost diamond in the rough to be sure. This is some killer Gamay with a smidgen of Poulsard. Learn More

From a village where everything has to be Grand Cru super fantastic, it takes something special to stand out. This is Champagne that other Champagne wants to be when it grows up. This is all made out of grapes that came from one year's farming - not common. Champagne is usually a mix tape of a few years, a little bit of golden oldies, a little bit of something fresh. This is the single that goes double platinum. Learn More
