Hacienda de Chihuahua Sotol
Since it isnt made in Jalisco it can't be called Tequila, so Sotol is the proper name.
This is made up north in Chihuahua and is made from a slightly different species of agave. The texture is smooth and silky and the flavor is similar to tequila but a little more smokey. Great for sipping or shooting with lime and salt.

How can you not love a 100% agave tequila at $15 a liter? This is real tequila, not sugar cane liquor with a splash of agave. Lots of flavor and actually very smooth as well. Great for any mixed tequila drink.

This smooth, complex tequila will have you seeing demons if you're not careful. This is easy going down, quite rich and sweet. Really a sipping tequila but it's also a good mixer.

Fortaleza Tequilas
These are some of the most delicious tequilas I have tasted in a long time. They are truly hand crafted, employing methods that would have been used a hundred years ago. Lots of dusty agave flavor here, and a smooth finish. What I like best is that the authentic tequila flavor does not get smoothed out in the reposado and anejo levels.
