Signatory "Linkwood" Un-Chillfiltered 1995

A secret amongst scotch lovers, most of Linkwood's production goes into other blended whiskies. Most of the pure stuff is only available through independent whisky bottlers like Signatory. This bottling is light to medium bodied with hints of melon, malt and a mild smokiness.

$59.75

Stronachie 12 Year Old "The Lost Distillery"

Stronachie has a great story. It was a distillery that had gone dormant in the early 1900's. The current distiller had become obsessed with this Scotch and tracked down a hundred year old bottle in an attempt to recreate the formula. The result is a mildly peaty, medium bodied whiskey with a warm smooth finish. One of our most popular Scotch whiskies.

$45.75
