A.D. Rattray Cask Collection "Bowmore" 17 Year
Complex and aromatic. There is a mild, but not overwhelming smokiness, bolstered by layers of ripe stone fruits and nuts. The 17 year has been discontinued by the distillery and will only be available from independent bottlers (while the supply lasts).

Signatory "Linkwood" Un-Chillfiltered 1995
A secret amongst scotch lovers, most of Linkwood's production goes into other blended whiskies. Most of the pure stuff is only available through independent whisky bottlers like Signatory. This bottling is light to medium bodied with hints of melon, malt and a mild smokiness.

Gordon & MacPhail Reserve "Craigellachie" 15 Year
I like this scotch. It has a distinctive, mysterious aroma that is so unusual it is hard to pin down. A few of us tasted this together. Tropical was a word that came up. I thought piney and maybe a freshly sliced, under-ripe mango. The flavor is clean and medium bodied with a little oaty touch. Very special.

Stronachie 12 Year Old "The Lost Distillery"
Stronachie has a great story. It was a distillery that had gone dormant in the early 1900's. The current distiller had become obsessed with this Scotch and tracked down a hundred year old bottle in an attempt to recreate the formula. The result is a mildly peaty, medium bodied whiskey with a warm smooth finish. One of our most popular Scotch whiskies.
